One-On-One Training

One-on-one training is perfect for the individual that is looking to achieve specific goals; both short term and long term. Workouts are completely based on the needs of the client and can include a variety of workout modalities ranging from bodyweight exercises, weight bearing exercises, and yoga practices. Training is currently offered at a private studio located on 12th and Camac. In home training is based on location and availability.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training sessions are workouts based on the class’s overall fitness level as a whole, and focus on strength, cardio, and flexibility. Sessions are approximately one hour in length and locations may vary.

Beach Bootcamp

Beach boot camp is seasonal and kicks off every year on Memorial Day weekend, and ends Labor Day weekend. BBC is 60 minutes in length and is an intense sweat session for all fitness levels where the ocean is your soundtrack and the sand is your studio. Boot camp takes place every Saturday morning at 9am, on Huntington Beach Block in Margate.

Corporate Training & Wellness

Corporate training classes are completely customizable, and can range anywhere from total body workouts, to mindful yoga training. Please contact for rates, and availability.
