Beach Bootcamp is seasonal and kicks off every year on Memorial Day weekend and ends Labor Day weekend. Classes are every Saturday in Margate, NJ. BBC is 60 minutes in length and is an intense sweat session for all fitness levels where the ocean is your soundtrack and the sand is your studio. As seen in Philly Mag as one of the top workouts to try down the shore.
